The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit and Debit Card

When you place your order, you enter your card details. After your details have been legitimized, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

Klarna's payment options

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ) , Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • hire purchase
  • pay now

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. You can find more information and Klarnas user conditions here . Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's data protection regulations .

Apple Pay

Select the card you want, confirm your identity with Touch ID or Face ID and pay. It may be necessary to enter a PIN.

Google Pay

Select the card you want, confirm your identity with Touch ID or Face ID and pay. It may be necessary to enter a PIN.


If you select PayPal when paying, you will be redirected to a secure payment page. After you have paid, your item will be shipped without us being able to see your bank details.

Terms of payment for subscriptions

You have the option to order our pods as part of a recurring subscription. If you decide to purchase a subscription, we currently offer the above payment options. The payment due date depends on the subscription you have taken out. Once you subscribe, payment for the first order is due.

You can cancel or pause the subscription monthly. Otherwise, the subscription will be automatically terminated when you set your personal Quit Date. Your quit date is the day you want to stop using the vaporizer and cigarettes. If you have any questions about our subscriptions, you are always welcome to contact our customer service

2. Shipping

All orders are handed over to the responsible delivery service within 24 hours after receipt of the order. After that, the delivery time is about 2-3 working days.

Orders placed after 11am on Saturday will not be processed until the next business day.

Orders are currently shipped with DHL and UPS. However, we are working on cooperating with other shipping service providers. Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany.


To return a product, please contact nuumi customer service by sending an email to service@nuumi.de , stating your order number and your request. We'll help you start the return.
